Shipping policy
- The item will be shipped in 10-15 days from the date of placing the order, subject to availability.
- The order consignment is usually delivered at the destination within 8-18 days of shipment for domestic orders, and within 15-21 days for international orders.
- All items are dispatched by reputed courier/ transport companies or Indian/ International Postal Services. These packages can be tracked using the Tracking ID provided by us on the respective logistic partner website.
- The buyer will be solely responsible for their country charges and taxes such as customs and other duties etc.
- In case of a difference in the buyer and consignee address, the same should be stated at the time of placing the order. Changes in the same at a later stage are not possible.
- We usually take orders only for in-stock items. But if the item is out of stock, the same shall be informed to the customer once the order has been placed. The products under offer are all handmade creations and sometimes due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, it may not be possible to fulfill the placed order. The customer, if desired, can cancel their order and payment if already made will be refunded. The customer cannot legally hold us responsible in any manner for such an order cancellation. In any circumstances, the refund value shall not exceed the payment made against the placed order.
- Items that are not in stock or are back ordered can take upto 1 month for shipment.
